  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup powdered oatmeal (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • Salt pepper

How to make carrot nuggets:

Boil the groats in water in a ratio of 1:2. Peel the carrots and grate – one for large meshes and the other for smaller ones. Add the grated carrots to the cooked and still hot groats.
