Muffins Recipe With Pudding
To prepare pudding muffins, you will need the following ingredients:
- 1.5 cups all purpose flour, preferably cake flour,
- 3/4 cup sugar (crystal sugar is best),
- 2.5 teaspoons of baking powder,
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar,
- 1/2 cup 3.2% milk,
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 egg,
- 2 packs of vanilla pudding,
- curling iron for lining muffin tins.
Put the eggs in a tall bowl and pour in the milk and oil. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Pour the sifted flour, baking powder, sugar and vanilla sugar into the mass. We gently combine the ingredients with a spoon so that a homogeneous mass is formed.
Boil the pudding (two packs) in the amount of milk recommended by the manufacturer for one pudding.
Put a spoonful of the batter into the muffins and a spoonful of the cold custard. Put another spoonful of dough on top, so that the pudding is covered. Curlers should be 3/4 full.
Bake muffins with pudding for about 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius.
Once removed from the oven, allow it to cool.
Muffins with pudding taste good, but you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
