How to make soft cheesecake
Ingredients for dough:
- 4 cups flour
- 3 egg yolks
- 3/4 cube margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons of baking powder
- 2 flat spoons of cocoa
Ingredients for the cheese mass:
- 1 kg cheese, chopped three times
- a small cup of 30 percent cream
- 1 cube margarine
- 8 eggs
- 40 grams of sugar
- 2 vanilla or cream pudding
- vanilla sugar
- raisins (if you like)
Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa. Separate the eggs into yolks and whites. Grate the yolks with sugar, add the cream, mix well. Add flour and margarine, knead the dough. Wrap the dough for a soft cheesecake with cling film, put in the refrigerator.
Grate margarine with sugar and egg yolks until fluffy. Note, be sure to beat the sugar thoroughly, otherwise the dough will form lumps. Beat the cream, add the margarine, then gradually add the cheese, stirring constantly.
Finally, sprinkle the pudding and raisins. At this point, the mixer can be used. The cheese mass mixed thoroughly will be more fluffy and tender. Beat the egg whites until they become a stiff mass, stirring gently with the mass for a fluffy cheesecake.
Divide the dough into two parts. Knead the baking sheet with a larger portion, then gently pour the cheese mass. Mash the rest of the dough on top. Preheat oven to 170 degrees, bake soft cheesecake for 60 minutes.
Soft cheesecakes can be decorated in any way, for example, with seasonal fruit.
