Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons canned corn
  • 1 teaspoon flat cream
  • Parmesan cheese for sprinkling

Preparation:

Cook noodles. Fry the spinach over low heat along with thinly sliced ​​bell peppers and chopped tomatoes. Mash the feta cheese and blue cheese and mix with the cream, then add the spinach, tomatoes and pepper, turn off the heat. Season everything. We add corn. Place the prepared sauce over the pasta just before serving and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients:

  • Colorful twist pasta
  • Three cheese sauce
  • Spinach (amount at discretion)
  • Natural yogurt
  • 1/4 cube feta cheese
  • 100 grams of cheese
  • 1 tomato
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Basil

Preparation:

Cut the spinach into strips and fry, adding the sauce and a tablespoon (or two) of natural yogurt. Mash the feta cheese and add it to the sauce too. Season everything and mix well. Place the noodles in the roasting pan and pour over the sauce. Grate the cheese on a large grater and cover our dish with it. Place the tomato slices on top and season with salt, pepper and basil. Bake for about 15-20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
