Pasta with chanterelles and cream

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr chanterelles
  • 200 gr pasta (eg tagliatelle)
  • 1 onion
  • a glass of cream
  • half a glass of dry white wine
  • parsley
  • butter spoon
  • salt
  • pepper

Method of preparing:

Cook pasta in boiling salted water. Heat butter in a pan, sauté the peeled and chopped onions on top, add the washed and rinsed chanterelles several times and divide into portions. Add some wine. Season with salt and pepper and simmer until tender. Turn off the heat, add the cream, mix well. Season to taste.

Arrange pasta on plates and pour over chanterelle sauce.

Pasta with chanterelles and chicken

Ingredients:

  • 200 g pasta (eg pita)
  • 300 gr cleaned breast and chicken
  • 200 gr chanterelles
  • 100 g lean meat
  • 1 onion
  • cup of sweet cream
  • half a glass of dry white wine
  • parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil
  • chicken seasoning

Method of preparing:

Let’s start by preparing the chicken. Cut the cleaned breast into thin strips and season with chicken seasoning. Fry the meat in hot oil until golden brown. When it is cooked, put it in a separate container.

In the same pan, heat the oil again and fry the chopped onion and diced meat. Add the washed ones, rinsed several times and divided into small portions of chanterelles. Pour them with wine. Fry everything for about 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Add chicken, pour cream. Boil everything for a few minutes. Finally, add the chopped parsley.

Cook pasta (anything, we recommend pita) in boiling salted water.

Arrange pasta and sauce with chanterelles and chicken on a plate.

Baked pasta with chanterelles

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr pasta, can be a bow, penne
  • 200 gr fresh chanterelles
  • 100 gr Parma ham (can also be different)
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 200 gr sour cream
  • 1 onion
  • parsley
  • 250 gr grated parmesan cheese
  • salt pepper
  • oil

Method of preparing:

Wash the mushrooms thoroughly. Rinse them several times. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces. Peel the onions and chop them. Gel in hot oil. Add chanterelles, salt, pepper, and stew, covered, for about 5 minutes.

Slice the Parma ham. Add to chicken. Also add cream and cottage cheese. After a few minutes, add parsley, mix everything.

Cook pasta in boiling salted water. Mix the finished sauce with the pasta. Transfer to a greased ovenproof plate. Cover with foil and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. After this time, remove the foil, sprinkle the baked chanterelle pasta with Parmesan cheese and put it in the oven again for about 10 minutes (until the cheese melts).

Pasta with chanterelles is ready. The roast has the advantage of being extraordinarily sweet and tender.
